Members of the Women’s Puerto Rican National Team, fresh off their Bronze Medal win at the 2025 CAC Qualifier Women tournament in Mexico, participated in the 68th annual National Puerto Rican Day Parade in New York City on Sunday, June 8, 2025. The parade, celebrating Puerto Rican culture and heritage, was held on Fifth Avenue in Midtown Manhattan and carried the theme “Plantando Bandera” (Planting Roots). This successful performance also qualified the team for the 2026 Central American and Caribbean Games, which are scheduled to take place in the Dominican Republic, from July 24 to August 8, 2026.
